1. Return Eligibility

For health, hygiene, and product safety reasons, all return requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To be considered for a return, products should generally be:

• Unused and unopened.

• In their original packaging.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Opened or used cleaning products may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, subject to applicable law.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs of the product and its packaging, when applicable.

After reviewing your request, we will communicate the available resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

3. Refunds

If your refund request is approved, we will notify you of the decision and explain the next steps.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise required by law or agreed upon with the customer.

Please allow the processing time established by your payment provider or financial institution for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges and Replacements

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Montefresco Group may offer a replacement or another appropriate solution, depending on product availability and applicable consumer protection requirements.

Please contact our customer service team before sending any item back.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and product safety considerations.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping arrangements and any associated costs will be communicated when your return request is reviewed.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Montefresco Group will determine the appropriate return or replacement process in accordance with applicable law.
